MONTY L. DONOHEW is a sole practitioner. His primary area of practice is estate planning. Mr. Donohew is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA). He is also a member of the National Family Caregivers Association, and the National Care Planning Council. Mr. Donohew has been admitted to practice in Ohio, Illinois and Missouri, and currently practices in Ohio and Missouri. He is a member of several local and state bar associations. Mr. Donohew is a frequent speaker at seminars and workshops. STEPHANIE HAIGHT is an associate with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Company, L.P.A. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, trusts and probate law, and elder law, which includes the drafting of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; assisting with the administration of trusts and estates; and advising clients in the areas of Medicaid and asset protection planning. Ms. Haight earned her B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law.
