SARAH BOYCE is an attorney in the firm of Sindel Noble, where she practices primarily in state and federal criminal law. Prior to joining Sindel Noble, she worked as a public defender in St. Louis City for several years. There, Ms. Boyce gained a broad knowledge of state criminal law and successfully tried both felony and misdemeanor cases. She is currently admitted to The Missouri Bar and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. Ms. Boyce earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, in English from Northern Illinois University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
KEVIN L. JAMISON has been an attorney in private practice at Jamison Associates since 1983 doing a criminal, immigration, divorce, and general practice, with a concentration in the area of weapons and self-defense. Mr. Jamison helped found the Western Missouri Shooters Alliance in 1989 and taught its personal protection course since its inception, primarily the legal instruction. This culminated in the WMSA video “Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law." Since 1989, he has served as an officer and director of WMSA. Mr. Jamison is currently the president of Missourians for Personal Safety and the Missouri Sport Shooting Association. He currently teaches the legal section of the License to Carry course. Mr. Jamison taught undergraduate courses in criminal law, law and society, and law and terrorism at Avila College (now Avila University). Mr. Jamison received his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. His article, “Concealed Weapons and the Travelers’ Defense” was published in the March-April, 2000 Journal of The Missouri Bar. He contributes a legal column entitled “It Doesn't Have to Make Sense, It’s Just the Law” to Concealed Carry Magazine. Mr. Jamison wrote the WMSA “Stay Out of Jail Card” summarizing Missouri weapons and self-defense law. He is the author of the book Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law and contributed a chapter, “Bowie Knife Law," to Bowie Knives and Bayonets of the Ben Palmer Collection. In December, 2007 he and Tim Oliver co-produced a 2-disc DVD set, Missouri Concealed Carry and Self-Defense Law, which covers the legal requirements for the license to carry class and is used by many instructors.
JOHN M. LYNCH is an attorney at The Law Offices of John M. Lynch, where his practice includes federal criminal defense, DUI/DWI defense, drug possession defense, white-collar crime defense, personal injury, and general trial litigation. Mr. Lynch has a strong law enforcement background with a decade of experience as a police investigator and federal drug task force agent. As a highly sought-after lawyer, Mr. Lynch also serves as a legal commentator on a variety of legal topics with multiple news and media outlets, including NBC affiliate KSDK in St. Louis. As a professional speaker, Mr. Lynch has been a featured speaker at Washington University, Lindenwood University, St. Louis University, Columbia College, and a host of media outlets across the country. Recently, Mr. Lynch was invited to speak at Washington University regarding gun ownership rights and the associated legislative process. As a repeat lecturer, Mr. Lynch's keen insight into the Second Amendment and how it is applied by states was a particular point of discussion for students studying ways to limit incidents of domestic abuse. He earned his B.S. degree from Columbia College and his J.D. degree from Saint Louis University School of Law.
RICHARD H. SINDEL is a partner at Sindel Noble, where his practice concentrates in the areas of federal and state drug, capital murder, and state and federal appeals. In addition to trying cases throughout the state of Missouri, he has represented defendants in federal cases in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, North Dakota, South Dakota, and California. Mr. Sindel has successfully argued appeals before every Missouri appellate court and the Second, Seventh and Eighth U.S. Circuit courts of Appeal. He has twice appeared before the United States Supreme Court, securing reversals for his clients in both instances. Mr. Sindel earned his B.A. degree from University of Kansas and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
