KATE L. JESSICA L. Moreno of the Fourth Judicial District and the Honorable Laura Nelson of the Second Judicial District.
LAUREN F. SCHOEBERL is an attorney with the Minneapolis law firm of Bassford Remele, where she focuses her practice in the areas of appellate law, employment law, professional liability, and commercial litigation. Ms. Schoeberl served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Matthew E. Johnson at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. During law school, she acted as a certified student attorney for the district and appellate state public defender, where she gained hands-on experience drafting petitions and appellate briefs, and representing clients in state district court hearings and in oral argument before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She also externed for a magistrate judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and served on the Editorial Board for the Law Review. Ms. Schoeberl graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to law school, she taught English in the Republic of Georgia.

Ms. Skemp is experienced in complex litigation and has handled numerous class and collective action cases representing clients across the United States. Her recent experience includes representing hundreds of class members in claims for unpaid wages, defending claims brought under the Minnesota Human Rights Act, and advising employers on the numerous rules and regulations they must follow.
