Mr. Mockensturm has been an attorney for over 16 years and a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio for more than 21 years. Mr. Mockensturm has lectured to attorneys and CPAs on estate and tax planning issues and various aspects of IRS, state and local tax controversy representation.
