If you have ordered reference materials from an event that has already been held, you can expect to receive your order in 10-14 business days. If you have ordered reference materials from an upcoming event that has yet to be held, your materials will be shipped approximately two weeks after the event date. Contact Customer Service for order tracking assistance.

 

  • How are the items shipped?

    Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. Please allow 10 business days for processing before shipments are mailed. You can expect to receive your order within 4 business days of item shipment. 

  • Is expedited shipping available?

    Yes. Priority shipping via FedEx 2nd Day Express (Delivery in 2 Days) or FedEx Standard Overnight Express (Next Day Delivery by 3:00 PM) is available. Please allow five business days for processing before priority shipments are mailed. To learn about additional expedited shipping options, contact our Customer Service Department.

  • Will I be charged sales tax?

    You will be charged sales tax if your product order is delivered to an address in the following states: California, Colorado, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, Nevada, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Washington or Wisconsin.  OnDemand courses in Minnesota and Wisconsin will be charged sales tax.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), Check or a Purchase Order. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-930-6182 with any questions.

  • Can I receive Continuing Education credit for the product I ordered?

    Depending on your state you may be able to receive Continuing Education Credit. For more information, visit the State MCLE Requirements page for detailed credit requirements, or contact our Credit Department.

  • How do I report Continuing Education credit for the product I ordered?

    Continuing Education reporting instructions will be shipped along with reference materials if credit is available. For more information, contact our Credit Department.

  • Do you offer special volume pricing or subscription services?

    Yes. Many law librarians stock their shelves with our legal reference materials, contact us to learn more.

  • Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?
