Genevieve G. Redd
is an attorney for Leech Tishman. She focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, succession planning and tax solutions. Ms. Redd is admitted in Illinois, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Ms. Redd holds the John P. Gismondi Certificate in Advanced Litigation and a Tax Law Certificate. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association co-chair and young lawyers section, Allegheny County Bar Association membership services co-chair and leadership initiative program, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera Ambassadors Board of Governors, and the Junior League of Chicago. Ms. Redd has received a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine, a Rising Star Award from the Chicago Bar Association, and ABA Service to the Bar Award and ABA Service to the Community Award both from Allegheny County Bar Association.

Gerald R. Clarke
is a solo practitioner at Clarke and Associates, located in Glenside, Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on wills, trusts and estates, estate administration, and personal and business income tax. Mr. Clarke also serves as general counsel to several medium size employees in the eastern Montgomery County vicinity. He has significant experience representing clients on both sides of employment cases and now works exclusively with employees in dealing with issues that they may have with a current or former employer. Mr. Clarke earned his bachelor's degree from La Salle University and his J.D. degree from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law. He also obtained his CPA license and practiced as an accountant prior to becoming a lawyer. Mr. Clarke's financial background provides a unique perspective and detailed understanding of the tax ramifications of proposed estate planning scenarios. He is a graduate of Penn State University and Ohio Northern University Law School. Mr. Glantz is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also serves as the solicitor for Snow Shoe Township, Marion Township and College Township.

Thomas A. Mastroianni
is an attorney at O'Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., where he helps clients with their estate planning needs. This includes preparation of basic estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. His practice also includes Medicaid planning for families that face the difficulty of having to place a loved one in need of long-term care in a skilled nursing facility with the goal of achieving for the individual and their family both asset protection and their long term care. Mr. Mastroianni also handles probate and estate administration matters by assisting executors and administrators carry out their responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. He earned his B.A. degree from Franciscan University and his J.D. degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
