What's the difference between the OnDemand CLE Pass and the All Inclusive CLE Pass?

The OnDemand CLE Pass covers the essentials: unlimited pre-approved OnDemand courses and your own Personal Account Representative. It's a great fit if your state lets you complete your CLE entirely OnDemand and you prefer to learn at your own pace.
Are NBI's courses pre-approved in my state, or will I have to apply for credit myself?
You never have to apply for credit yourself — we handle accreditation for you. Most of our courses are already pre-approved, so once you request your credit in your account, you'll get your certificate right away. If a course isn't yet approved in your state, we secure approval on your behalf — you're never be the one filling out forms or chasing your bar for approval. How do I opt out of auto-renewal?
Anytime, right from your My Account page — no phone call needed. Your subscription covers a full 12 months, and unless you opt out, it renews automatically after that (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Turn off renewal whenever you like and your subscription simply won't continue past your current term. Questions? Reach out to your Personal Account Representative at 800-930-6182.
What if I'm not satisfied with my subscription?
Your satisfaction is our promise. If something about your subscription isn't working for you, reach out to our customer care team and you'll get a real person who knows your account. How do I access my Subscription once I sign up?
You can start watching courses immediately after purchase — no waiting period. Just log in and go to My Account to browse your course library and track your progress.
Do you offer live support for subscribers?
