Collection: South Dakota CLE Courses

South Dakota does not currently require attorneys to complete continuing legal education credits. However, on June 20, members of the State Bar of South Dakota approved a proposal to implement a mandatory CLE requirement. If the South Dakota Supreme Court approves the proposal, attorneys may be required to complete 20 hours of CLE every two years, beginning in 2027. NBI offers a broad selection of CLE programs designed to provide actionable, real-world insights across multiple practice areas and hot topics like artificial intelligence.
