In Vermont, attorneys must complete 24 CLE hours every two-year reporting period, including 2 hours in legal ethics, 1 hour in attorney well-being, and 1 hour in diversity and inclusion. Newly admitted attorneys have a different requirement—15 CLE hours within their first year of admission to the Vermont Bar. All NBI CLE programs are pre-approved for Vermont CLE credit, and our diverse course catalog ensures you can fulfill mandatory and elective credit categories on your schedule.
