Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

If you aren't satisfied with a course, call or write us at customerservice@nbi-sems.com, within 60 days of program attendance or product completion, and we'll make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Courses purchased prior to the live event start time receive access to both live event and the online recording.

We understand that your learning needs may change, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 930-6182 to review what option will work best for you. We will be happy to assist in finding a replacement that better fits your learning needs. If you have not accessed the course content or received continuing education credit you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee.
