NBI, Inc. is licensed by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education.
Office of Career School Licensing
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.

Is hardship tuition available?
Attendees from select states who are unable to afford continuing legal education course registration fees due to financial hardship may apply for financial hardship assistance. An application for financial hardship assistance must be filed at least 30 days prior to the attendee registering for the program.
To apply, please submit a request via email to our Tuition Discount Committee at customerservice@nbi-sems.com. Please include customer name, program title, and an explanation of the circumstance warranting financial hardship assistance in your request.

How do I know if a course qualifies for Continuing Legal Education credit in my state?

What is the CLE Credit Tracker and how does it work?
The NBI CLE Credit Tracker is a free tool that helps legal professionals log, monitor, and manage their Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits across multiple states. It's available to anyone with an NBI account.
- Automatic Tracking: All CLEs completed through NBI are automatically added to your tracker.
- Manual Entries: You can manually add CLEs from other providers and upload certificates of completion.
- State Customization: Track credits across multiple jurisdictions with specific categories like Ethics, Substance Abuse, Bias, Diversity, etc.
- Reporting: Easily download an Excel report to submit to your state bar.
To get started, log into your NBI account, go to My Account, My Credit and then click into the CLE Credit Tracker.

We're also committed to offering all specialty credit types in each U.S. jurisdiction.
*Some states require new attorneys to attend bridge-the-gap programming that can only be offered by the state bar. Not sure if you're in one of those states? Check your state CLE requirements page.
