A CISSP-certified expert, he leads teams in threat intelligence, defense, and security operations. Joel works closely with legal teams on privacy, IP protection, and governance, and partners with forensic firms during cyber incidents. Rachel E Greene

Founder of Greene IP PLLC, advising clients on intellectual property strategy in sectors like industrial chemical, nuclear, medical, and financial R&D. She previously led IP strategy for oil field automation at a global energy company and has worked on international hacking and trade secret investigations. Rachel interned for both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She serves on the board of the Nancy F. Atlas IP Inn of Court in Houston. She holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a chemical engineering degree from the University of Virginia.
