Christopher D. Warren is a business litigator with over a decade of experience representing business owners, investors, and executives in high-stakes disputes across New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, and in arbitration. As New Jersey managing partner and co-chair of FRB's Artificial Intelligence Practice Group, he is building the firm's Newark office as a native-AI incubator — a dedicated testing ground for agentic AI tools developed inside an active litigation and transactional practice, where tools proven in Newark are released firm-wide. His practice concentrates on complex commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, business dissolutions, breach of fiduciary duty and accounting claims, and business-to-business contract litigation. He also represents clients in securities regulatory matters before the SEC and state Attorneys General. Mr. Warren serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court District VI Ethics Committee, chairs the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Hudson County Bar Association, and serves on the New York State Bar Association Committee on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy. He hosts and publishes the Moral Machine podcast. He earned his B.S. from the University of Phoenix and his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School.

Mark Stignani is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and chair of the firm's data analytics practice group. He applies his technical and research background and penchant for innovation to a broad spectrum of analytics and strategic review of clients' corporate transactions, reorganizations, and intellectual property endeavors. Mr. Stignani earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law while working for Alliant Techsystems, and previously completed postgraduate work in robotics and control systems at the University of Minnesota and National Technological University while working at Honeywell, Inc. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). He offers his insights through dozens of webinars annually, serves as a regular lecturer at colleges and universities across Minnesota, and is a frequent speaker for associations and conferences including Reel Lawyer, the Black Hills IP Analytics Series, LES International, and Practicing Law Institute.

Victoria J. Cvitanovic is an attorney with Rudick Law Group, PLLC. Her longstanding interest in technology, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and supply-chain logistics led her to represent several leading corporate technology companies in complex litigation. She is an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), with experience advising clients on AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and emerging technology issues. Clients rely on her for litigation portfolio management, contract development, technology governance, and trade secret and electronically stored information (ESI) discovery management. Her practice focuses on general liability and personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense, appellate litigation, and counseling clients on the legal, regulatory, and governance considerations surrounding artificial intelligence. Ms. Cvitanovic earned her B.A. from Mississippi State University and her J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.

Jason M. Loring is a partner at Jones Walker LLP in the Corporate Practice Group and a member of the commercial transactions team, where he co-leads the firm's privacy, data strategy, and artificial intelligence team. He advises clients on data privacy and protection, cybersecurity, data governance, breach response, data strategy, and artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as strategic technology transactions. After beginning his career in private practice, he held senior leadership positions at several market-leading global providers of business consulting, financial services, and enterprise data solutions — including senior vice president, deputy chief legal officer, and global head of privacy and data protection at Vialto Partners, and chief privacy and security counsel, Americas, at EY. He is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) through the IAPP. Mr. Loring earned his B.A. from the College of Charleston and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Allen Abraham is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP, focusing his practice on artificial intelligence, corporate law, and commercial litigation. He advises businesses on the legal and strategic implications of artificial intelligence, including AI governance, implementation, risk management, and the integration of AI technologies into business operations. At FRB he has been at the forefront of the firm's AI initiatives, helping evaluate, implement, and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance client service, improve operational efficiency, and modernize legal workflows. In his COO role he leads firm-wide efforts to identify, evaluate, and integrate AI technologies across legal and administrative functions, and develops policies and best practices governing AI use. Prior to joining FRB he was a commercial litigator at a boutique firm, litigating numerous cases to trial or settlement. Mr. Abraham was selected to New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2021 to 2025. He earned his B.S. from Stony Brook University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Shaleen Title is of counsel at Rudick Law Group, PLLC — a lawyer, policy expert, and adjunct professor focused on the regulation and governance of emerging technologies, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence. She holds a Certificate of Competence in AI: Law, Policy, and Governance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and teaches courses on AI regulation at Roger Williams University School of Law. Ms. Title is the current director of Parabola Center for Law and Policy, where her work focuses on AI governance, public interest technology policy, and regulatory frameworks for emerging industries. She previously served as a commissioner of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission from 2017 to 2020 and as Distinguished Policy Practitioner in Residence at The Ohio State University's Drug Enforcement and Policy Center. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times. Ms. Title is a triple graduate of the University of Illinois, earning her B.S., M.S., and J.D. degrees.
