Allen I Tullar is a partner and the chair of the divorce and family law group with Gross McGinley LLP, where he regularly counsels individuals in divorce, custody and child support matters. In addition, he guides families, including those in the LGBTQ community, through adoption, guardianship, and legal name changes. As a domestic relations mediator, Mr. Tullar helps families face difficult circumstances while easing the burden of legal expenditures and added duress. In 2002, he was appointed as a master to the Lehigh County Family Court where he implemented the new Lehigh County three-tier domestic relations system. Mr. Tullar served the county for three years, during which time he held de novo support hearings and custody conferences and acted as a Master in Divorce. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Bar Association of Lehigh County. Mr. Tullar earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his M.A. degree both from Rutgers College, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
