Antoinette France-Harris is an associate professor and program coordinator for legal sudies at Clayton State University, and is also a licensed attorney. She is a native New Yorker, who began her legal career with a mid-sized New York firm and established herself as a successful transactional attorney. When Professor Harris relocated to Georgia, she initially worked in-house for a couple of Fortune 1000 companies and eventually became a solo practitioner. Her firm’s areas of specialization included real estate, corporate, estate planning and family law matters. Professor Harris earned her B.S. degree from Harvard, her M.S.W. degree from Columbia and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
