Brent Williams-Ruth is an attorney at Law Offices of Brent Williams-Ruth. He obtained his undergraduate degrees at Tacoma Community College (Associates Arts & Sciences) and the University of Washington (Bachelor of Arts). Mr. Williams-Ruth took the next step in his formal education by enrolling in law school at Seattle University School of Law, graduating in December 2001. He sat for and passed the Washington State Bar Exam in February 2002, and was sworn in as a member of the Washington State Bar in June 2002. After years of working in the insurance defense world, and with the support and encouragement of his last firm, the Scheer Law Group, Mr. Williams-Ruth decided to move out on his own and concentrate on his chosen area of law. He started the Law Offices of Brent Williams-Ruth on July 1, 2015. Nearly ten years since opening his own firm, Mr. Williams-Ruth has gone on to be a leader among the Washington State Bar Association joining the Board of Governors from September 2020 until January 2025.
