Brian R Selvin is a partner in the tax, trusts, and estates department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, probate and trust litigation, tax planning, business succession planning, and tax controversies. Mr. Selvin is a frequent lecturer and author on tax estate planning and not-profit organizations. He is a former adjunct professor of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law's tax clinic. Mr. Selvin is admitted to the New Jersey State and New York State bar associations and to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of New York; and the U.S. Tax Court. He earned his B.S.E. degree from the University of Michigan, his LL.M. degree from New York University Graduate School of Law, and his J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
