Carmelou G Aloupas is the owner of Aloupas Law, P.L.L.C., where her practice areas include contested divorce, child custody, child and spousal support matters, criminal defense, traffic and DUI/DWI cases, and both criminal and family law appeals. She is admitted to practice in all Virginia Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Aloupas is a member of the Virginia State Bar (Family Law and Criminal Law sections), Virginia Beach Bar Association, Chesapeake Bar Association, Virginia Women Attorneys Association (current treasurer and past secretary), and Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She earned her B.S. degree from Athens State College, her M.S. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.
