David C Palmer is an attorney at Callahan & Blaine. He specializes in high-stakes business and real estate litigation as well as civil rights, environmental, and governmental tort litigation. Mr. Palmer earned his B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with majors in law and society, and cultural anthropology. He earned his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a two-year member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and Board Member of the Student Body Association. Prior to entering practice, Mr. Palmer participated in the American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship in Trial Advocacy further honing his trial skills. His advocacy skills were recently recognized by his inclusion on the 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch List (Litigation-Real Estate). Mr. Palmer has obtained favorable verdicts for his clients in each of his trials to date and has also obtained favorable resolution in matters prior to trial. He is an aggressive litigator who carefully crafts a litigation strategy for each individual matter to ensure that his clients are always in the best possible position for trial or pre-trial resolution. Mr. Palmer is an active member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to appear and try cases before every state court in California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
