He also has extensive experience representing life sciences, emerging technologies and entertainment companies with 1934 Act compliance, 1933 Act transactions, commercial transactions and corporate governance. Mr. Ross is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School. He has also previously worked in the capital markets and securities practice groups at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP. Mr. Ross' passion and commitment to the cannabis industry extends to a desire to inform the future of cannabis success stories. He regularly sits on panels, instructs CLEs on the subject and has guest lectured the Cannabis Law course at Boston University School of Law.
