Jedediah Bigelow is a partner with Hopkins Roden in Idaho Falls, Idaho. His practice includes both litigation and transactional work, focusing on business law, contracts, estate planning, and real property. Before joining the firm, Mr. Bigelow served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Canyon County, Idaho, and later as an assistant attorney general in the U.S. Territory of American Samoa. In these roles, he gained substantial courtroom and trial experience in both criminal and civil matters. Mr. Bigelow earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University's J. Rueben Clark Law School in December 2013. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for Judge N. Randy Smith of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Dale A. Kimball of the United States District Court in Utah. Prior to law school, he worked in Washington, D.C., as part of Senator Crapo's legislative staff. Mr. Bigelow is admitted to the State Bar of Idaho, United States District Court for Idaho, State Bar of Wyoming, and Territorial Bar of American Samoa. He is a past president of the East Idaho Estate Planning Council and a volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA).
