Jeffrey Neff is a partner at Udall Law Firm LLP. He is a real estate attorney in Tucson who has been certified as a Real Estate Specialist since 1986 by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Certification requires that applicants show a "high degree of professionalism" and a "high degree of competence in the practice of real estate law." Mr. Neff's practice has emphasized all aspects of real estate law, including Tucson real estate litigation and transactions. He also has experience practicing as an attorney in estate planning, wills, probate and trusts, and business consulting, including bankruptcy, workouts, and entity formation.
