Jessica Priselac is a partner with Duane Morris LLP, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and class action defense in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitral forums. She has tried numerous commercial disputes to verdict and has extensive experience advising clients on discovery strategy, data privacy, and cross-border data transfer issues. As co-chair of the firm’s Discovery Strategy and Data Analytics Working Group, Ms. Priselac has led large-scale discovery projects across the United States, European Union, and East Asia. She also represents clients in high-stakes matters involving technology, regulatory compliance, and government entities. Beyond her litigation practice, Ms. Priselac is deeply engaged in civic and charitable work and maintains an active pro bono practice, securing relief for clients through the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Juvenile Law Center. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Priselac earned her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law, her M.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University and her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College.
