Kari Moneyhun is a school attorney with two decades of legal experience, representing Wyoming school districts in all aspects of education law. She advises on special education compliance (IDEA, Section 504), student and staff discipline, school finance, and policy development. Kari also conducts investigations, serves as a Title IX decision-maker, and defends districts in due process hearings for special education as well as complaints before the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Wyoming Department of Education. In addition to her legal practice, she provides training and professional development for school leaders and is a sought-after national presenter on education law topics.
