Kevin Quinn , a member of Hourigan Kluger & Quinn's personal injury team, is a firm principal and member of its Executive Committee. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, car and truck accidents, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Quinn is passionate in his fight for accountability and justice for those who have suffered injuries or death as a result of someone else's careless or reckless conduct. Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, he is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, where he was a member of the University's Honors Program and multiple academic fraternities, as well as a recipient of the University's 1985 Political Science Award. Mr. Quinn earned his J.D. degree in 1988 from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he was a recipient of multiple American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence and a member of the law school's prestigious National Trial Team. He has spent his entire legal career litigating cases in state and federal courts in northeastern Pennsylvania and has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels. Since joining Hourigan Kluger & Quinn in 2010, Mr. Quinn has served as either lead or co-counsel in numerous cases that resulted in six, seven, and eight-figure settlements or verdicts. He has achieved Martindale Hubbell®'s highest possible ranking of AV Preeminent status for both his legal abilities and ethical standards. Mr. Quinn has been named to Best Lawyers in America for both medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, and has also been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Mr. Quinn is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Club. He is a certified mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Quinn is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern districts of Pennsylvania
