Prior to joining Rodey Law Firm, Ms. Sanchez served as senior director for government relations and regulatory counsel at a leading financial technology firm, where she managed government relationships and public policy advocacy with federal and state agencies. She was also a partner at a prominent law firm in Albuquerque, focusing on government clients, business and regulatory matters. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sanchez worked as a staff attorney at a well-known environmental advocacy organization, concentrating on regulatory issues and renewable energy initiatives. She has extensive experience in advising on and applying for federal infrastructure grants and loans. Ms. Sanchez's commitment and diligence resulted in her project being awarded a $35.6 million grant from the Department of Energy through the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act's Grid Resilience Innovation Partnerships program. She earned her B.A. and M.P.A. degrees from The University of Arizona, Tucson, and her J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law, Los Angeles.
