Newton Galloway is a partner in the firm of Galloway & Lyndall, LLP, where his practice focuses on regulated utilities, zoning and development law, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Galloway earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer University and his J.D. degree from Mercer University. In law school, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review and Moot Court Board. Also during law school, Mr. Galloway was a clerk with the Georgia Department of Law and the law firm of Harris, Watkins, Davis and Chambless in Macon, Georgia. He is a member of the Energy Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Federal Communications Bar Association, Griffin Circuit Bar Association and Spalding County Bar Association. Mr. Galloway is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia; Georgia Supreme Court; and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
