Sarah E Worley is principal of Sarah E. Worley Conflict Resolution, P.C., a nationally and locally recognized mediator and arbitrator with more than 34 years of legal experience, including 27 years as a neutral mediator/arbitrator. She is a seasoned trial attorney who has first-chaired jury trials throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Worley is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Top Women of Law in Massachusetts. She has mediated or arbitrated more than 10,000 cases and has served as a case evaluator, special master, and workplace negotiator. Ms. Worley has been quoted in Lawyers Weekly, Law 360, and has written articles for the Massachusetts Bar JournalMassachusetts Bar Association Section Review, and the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice section. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s ADR committee and serves as an appointed member of the Boston Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law committee. Ms. Worley is the co-author of the "Massachusetts Practice Series," Volume 47, Mediation and Arbitration, 2002 edition. She mediates and arbitrates disputes throughout New England, United States and Canada, and works with counsel nationwide on complex matters and has served as a court-appointed Discovery Master and Special Master in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has mediated and arbitrated personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, product liability and product failure cases, professional and medical malpractice actions, subrogation disputes, business disputes, insurance coverage disputes, construction cases, discrimination and harassment cases, and labor disputes, and has served as a case evaluator in complex multi-jurisdictional matters. Ms. Worley has worked extensively on matters involving injury to children, and serves as a mediator in divorce and family matters involving high net worth individuals. She earned her B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
