Stephen Crofford Jr. is the vice president and senior fiduciary counsel of Cumberland Trust. He reviews and drafts documents relating to trust and estate accounts. Mr. Crofford has experience reviewing and preparing client documents and working with unique, illiquid, and hard-to-value assets held in trust. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from Belmond University College of Law in Nashville. Mr. Crofford is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
