Stewart I Edelstein is the author and presenter of more than 80 litigation-related articles, seminars, podcasts, and webinars for trial lawyers; and most recently the third edition of his book, "How to Succeed as a Trial Lawyer" (ABA 2025). During his 40-year career as a commercial trial lawyer, he taught clinical courses for 20 years at Yale Law School.
