Travis S Eller is the founding attorney of Eller Law Firm PLLC, where his practice focuses on Washington landlord tenant and real property matters. He has extensive experience representing housing providers, landlords, and property owners in eviction actions and related real property disputes throughout Washington. Before establishing his firm, Mr. Eller practiced with a real property litigation firm and later with a high volume personal injury practice. He is a frequent continuing legal education presenter and earned the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s “Advocate” designation. Mr. Eller teaches courses for attorneys and property managers, and is admitted to practice in Washington and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He earned his B.A. degree from Tennessee Technological University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he received the Harold C. Warner Scholarship and was invited by the College of Law to apply.
