Wesley J Felice is an attorney in Buchalter's Salt Lake City office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice group. He focuses his practice on real estate development, joint venture organization, municipal land use, commercial leasing, and real estate finance. Mr. Felice's experience and education span both the legal and practical side of real estate as he worked as a contracts manager in property management before receiving his Master's degree in real estate development. Mr. Felice earned his J.D. degree from the University of Utah - S.J Quinney College of Law and his Masters of Real Estate Development at the University Of Utah - David Eccles School Of Business. Prior to law school and his real estate career, he earned his B.S. degree in economics and anthropology from the University of Utah. Mr. Felice is a member of the Utah State Bar's Real Property Section and Business Section. He also serves as a member on the Layton City Planning Commission.
