Cassandra A. Colombo
is a divorce attorney with Cordell & Cordell. Her practice centers around family law. Ms. Colombo earned her B.A. degree from Ursinus College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. Ms. Colombo is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth J. Billies
is a partner with Dischell, Bartle & Dooley, P.C., practicing in all areas of family law including, but not limited to preparing pre- and post-nuptial agreements, obtaining no-fault and fault divorces, as well as litigating and settling equitable distribution, custody and support matters. Prior to working at Dischell Bartle Dooley, she clerked for the Honorable Susan Devlin Scott, President Judge of Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and Administrative Judge of the Family Court. During her tenure, Ms. Billies learned many skills that have become essential to her representation of the best interests of her clients. She earned her B.A. degree (Ivanhoe Commandery Merit Scholarship, Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society) from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. degree (staff writer, Law Review) from Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Billies is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section, member, 2011-present and the Montgomery County Bar Association, Family Law Section, member, 2008-present. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Actively contributing to the legal community, Ms. DiColo is a member of respected professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association; as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association, where she serves on the Executive Committee of both the Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Division. Her legal practice covers diverse aspects of family law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, reflecting her dedication to justice in the legal field. Katherine A. Fow
is a family law attorney at Lamb McErlane PC in West Chester, PA. She assists clients with divorce matters, custody, child support, spousal support, and alimony. Ms. Fow's background includes drafting and filing pleadings, discovery motions, response to discovery requests, dispositive motions, and pre-trial motions and documents. She has experience with motion hearings and other court-ordered events, including but not limited to case management conferences, status conferences, settlement conferences, pre-trial conferences, discovery court hearings, and oral argument on pleadings. During law school, Ms. Fow was a legal intern at the Office of the Camden County Prosecutor, Camden, NJ in the Grand Jury and Domestic Violence Unit. Additionally, she was a Law Clerk at a Philadelphia law firm conducting research and drafting documents regarding family law issues. Ms. Fow earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University and a JD from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Cara C. Sawyer
is of counsel with Lamb McErlane PC. She advocates for her clients and supports them through family law matters including divorce cases, issues related to custody, child support, spousal support, and alimony. Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Ms. Sawyer practiced at a large Philadelphia law firm, where her practice focused on providing counsel to educational institutions regarding policy development and leading investigations into sexual and gender-based harassment and violence, and other forms of misconduct. She spent over a decade with the State of Delaware, where she developed policy and managed agencies in the areas of child welfare, and substance abuse and mental health. Ms. Sawyer began her career as a child abuse and sexual assault prosecutor, working for five years at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. She earned her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, her M.A. degree from the University College Cork, Ireland and her undergraduate degree from University of Scranton. Ms. Sawyer is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is located at the firm's West Chester West location. She is active in her community, volunteering as vice chair of the State of Delaware's Anti Trafficking Action Council, and with the Support Center for Child Advocates of Philadelphia as a volunteer attorney, representing children in foster care.
