David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Suzanne L. Jones
is the co-managing partner of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP Law Firm. Her practice includes representing insurance companies across the country in complex first and third-party declaratory judgment actions, breach of contract actions, rescission actions, direct actions and extra-contractual and bad faith actions. Ms. Jones's counsels' clients on their risk and obligations under a variety of insurance policies throughout the claims process, from pre-suit demands through trial or settlement. She also handles appeals in both state and federal courts. Her practice also includes defending insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents, and attorneys against professional liability claims, as well as handling commercial and contract disputes. Ms. Jones extensive experience in risk management, and her passion for horses, has developed into a sub-specialty in equine law. She counsels equine professionals, veterinarians, farm owners, trainers, and horse owners on how to best manage their risk and liability. Ms. Jones is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.

Kyle R. Bunnell
is a trusted advisor when clients are faced with complex problems. Representing clients from pre-litigation through appeals, Mr. Bunnell handles cases across a wide range of industries including complex business and commercial litigation, equine law, insurance bad faith, product liability and personal injury defense. Mr. Bunnell has extensive litigation experience, having acted as first-chair trial counsel in federal court jury trials and served on trial teams in federal and state court jury and bench trials, as well as before administrative agencies and tribunals. He has also achieved successful results on behalf of his clients at the motion to dismiss and summary judgment stages in matters across Kentucky state and federal courts. Outside of the trial courts, he has represented clients in appellate proceedings before the Kentucky Supreme Court, Kentucky Court of Appeals and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, he has mediated and arbitrated numerous cases to successful outcomes. Mr. Bunnell recognizes litigation is not "one-size fits all" and that each case and client is different. He prides himself on finding creative solutions inside and outside the courtroom, but importantly navigates clients to appreciate and manage risks that are involved at every stage of a dispute. Mr. Bunnell is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Washington D.C.

John H. Faricy, Jr.
is the managing partner of the Faricy Law Firm, P.A. in Minneapolis. He is a complex insurance recovery and business litigator who seeks justice for his clients. Mr. Faricy and his firm have extensive experience in large cases, including the recovery of billions of dollars of insurance assets in the asbestos arena. A New York federal district court judge appointed him a subclass representative in the epic Johns-Manville class action. In that case, Mr. Faricy obtained the $10 million "war chest" that was parlayed into a multi-billion dollar insurance recovery. He represents individual and corporate policyholders in obtaining disputed insurance coverage. Mr. Faricy is listed in the Marquis editions of Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World. He earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Mitchell Hamline College of Law.

Reka Bala
concentrates her practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. She handles a wide range of coverage matters, including bad faith, extra-contractual liability, general liability, directors and officers, employment practices, product liability, and additional insured claims in construction defect disputes. During her tenure at two regional law firms in New Jersey, Ms. Bala handled complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court in New York and New Jersey, ranging from coverage disputes to insurance defense and medical malpractice matters. Before joining Hinshaw, Ms. Bala gained invaluable experience as a claims adjuster for an international insurance carrier—focusing on life sciences claims against pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and drug manufacturers—which deepened her understanding of the challenges and pressures facing many of her insurance clients. Upon finishing law school, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Carmen Messano, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Bala spent six years as a journalist, reporting and writing for various New York and New Jersey newspapers on local municipal, government, and crime matters. Ms. Bala received her J.D. from City University of New York School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Olivia G. Bushman
practice focuses on complex insurance litigation and advising policyholders in insurance coverage matters. Ms. Bushman has represented clients in all stages of complex insurance coverage actions, with matters involving environmental liability, mass torts, products liability, cyber insurance, and bad faith. She regularly analyzes insurance policies and provides coverage advice and recommendations for her clients. She has represented policyholders in federal and state courts across the country. Ms. Bushman also counsels clients in a variety of pre-litigation matters involving commercial general liability coverage. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bushman served as a law clerk to Chief Special Master Brian H. Corcoran of the US Court of Federal Claims. While in law school, Ms. Bushman was a student attorney with Rising for Justice representing clients in the Landlord & Tenant Branch of the DC Superior Court preventing evictions and securing tenants' rights under federal and District law. Ms. Bushman received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Editor of Food and Drug Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in California, Washington DC, and Virginia.

Brent W. Beecher
excels at taking complicated problems and making them accessible for his clients, jurors and judges. His M.B.A. training allows him to assist clients in making decisions that are truly in their best financial interests. Mr. Beecher focuses his practice on litigating a wide array of issues, focusing on Trusts and Estates, Business Disputes, Insurance Coverage and Insurance Bad Faith issues. Mr. Beecher has delivered outstanding results for clients ranging from multi-million dollar jury verdicts when representing plaintiffs to defense verdicts when representing defendants. He has experience trying cases in multiple Washington counties, and has achieved excellent outcomes in all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals, at the Washington Supreme Court, and in the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. His insurance practice is unusual in that he represents both insurance policy holders and insurance companies, depending on the case, providing valve to his clients with insights into both perspectives. This experience allows him to get to the real issues in an effective, efficient manner. Working for policy holders, Mr. Beecher has obtained millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for his clients, often including a recovery of his attorney fees, from insurers that wrongfully denied claims. Sometimes he convinces insurance companies to reverse course on a denied claim without resort to the legal system, but when a lawsuit is necessary, he does not hesitate to go to trial and through the appellate process to obtain the best result for his clients. Mr. Beecher also provides consultation to clients shopping for insurance policies, providing risk management analysis, and the tools to enable clients to make intelligent decisions by weighing the cost of the premiums against the protection provided.

Adam J. Sedia
is an attorney with the law firm of Johnson & Bell Ltd., where he concentrates his practice in municipal practice and civil litigation, with a special focus on appellate work. Mr. Sedia has litigated dozens of cases before the Indiana and Illinois appellate courts and the Seventh Circuit. Additionally, he represents Indiana municipal bodies, including towns and townships, as general counsel. He has had scholarly articles published on a variety of subjects, from patents to insurance coverage, in various law journals, and has had poetry and short fiction published in literary journals, as well. Mr. Sedia is a past president of the Lake County Bar Association. He earned his B.S. and B.A. degrees from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
