Rachel V. Rose
, JD, MBA, successfully advises and represents clients on healthcare, cybersecurity, securities, qui tam compliance, transactional litigation, and government enforcement matters. She is an affiliated member with the Baylor College of Medicine's Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy, where she teaches bioethics. Ms. Rose is often quoted as an expert. In addition to being extensively published and a sought-after presenter and quoted expert, she holds an M.B.A. degree, with minors in healthcare and entrepreneurship, from Vanderbilt University; and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated with various honors, including the National Scribes Award. Ms. Rose also attained a certificate in negotiation and leadership from Harvard University. She is licensed in Texas, and is a fellow of the Federal Bar Association. Currently, Ms. Rose serves as a director on the FBA's National Board. She is a member of and the immediate past chair of the Federal Bar Association's Government Relations Committee, member of the Advisory Board of the Federal Bar Association's Qui Tam Section, co-editor of the American Health Lawyers Association's Enterprise Risk Management Handbook for Healthcare Entities (2nd Edition), and a co-author of the ABA's books The ABCs of ACOs and What Are International HIPAA Considerations? Ms. Rose is extensively published and presents on a variety of matters related to her practice. She has been named consecutively to the Texas Bar College, National Women Trial Lawyers Association's Top 25, Houstonia Magazine's Top Lawyers (healthcare law), National Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100 and The Nation's Top One Percent. Ms. Rose was awarded 1st Healthcare Compliance's 2019 and 2022 Top Presenter Award. In 2023, she was selected for Super Lawyers (healthcare). Brittany M. Giusini-Tsoflias
is an attorney with Ballard Spahr's Litigation Department, who represents large corporations and small business clients in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery. She regularly advises clients on corporate governance, partnership control fights, and litigation and employment strategies, including those involving breaches of fiduciary duty, appraisal of stock, breach of contract claims, and post-employment and termination decisions. Ms. Giusini-Tsoflias has extensive experience in assisting with pre-litigation, internal, and special committee investigations. Her practice also focuses on matters pertaining to consumer financial services. In this role, Ms. Giusini-Tsoflias represents lenders and servicers in credit card-litigation and other related lawsuits brought in both state and federal courts. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Temple University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Delaware Law School.

is a civil litigation paralegal at Brockstedt Mandalas Federico, LLC. With nearly 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation, she now concentrates on contract and construction law on a litigation team with a general practice firm. Ms. Prosceno has a background in law firm start-up organization and in law firm administration. She has also handled all aspects of personal injury cases from the initial client contract, through and including trial preparation and participation. Ms. Prosceno's case management experience includes client and witness interviews, medical research, legal and factual research, as well as coordinating document production for trial. She is a graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College and the University of Delaware.

is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar; and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her firm is consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Huntsville, Alabama and recently received the designation of Best Place for Working Parents.

is an associate in the Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.'s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice in medical and professional malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. An experienced attorney, Mr. Schutrum has successfully prosecuted and defended legal actions in both New York state and federal courts. He also has experience handling and resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Mr. Schutrum graduated, magna cum laude, from George Washington University, before earning his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County.
