Mr. Pennywell formerly served as an assistant district attorney for the 1st Judicial District in Shreveport, Louisiana; and served on the Colorado Supreme Court's Standing Committee on Rules of Professional Conduct from 2006-2009. He worked for seven years with the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation as a trial attorney, handling ethical violations on the part of Colorado licensed attorneys. She is the principal of Virgil, LLC a corporate social responsibility advisory firm, and a certified mediator and FINRA arbitrator. As a partner in CMC Healthcare Consulting LLC., she supports agency clients as they navigate the start-up and recurring regulatory audits necessary to own and operate successful patient-centered home healthcare and long-term care agencies. Prior to her work at CZL P.C., Ms. Nyambuya was a managing partner at Ebony Law, and the director of experiential learning and professional development at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She has served as faculty at Northwestern University in International and Area Studies teaching CSR and International Development, and at Loyola University School of Law instructing Professional Identity Formation. She earned J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and her A.B. with distinction, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
