James A. Stewart
is a Partner at Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC. He represents clients who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries and damages. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, transportation, daycare/nursing home incidents and abuse, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation matters. Prosecuted and defended transportation claims throughout the Southeast. He earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees at Cumberland School of Law.

Terry V. Hummel
is an attorney with the law firm of Schiff & Associates, Attorneys at Law. His practice and experience has involved thousands of personal injury and death claims in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and neighboring states, including Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Hummel is a member of the Central Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, and Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Capital University.

Todd I. Shugart
is the managing partner with Scholle Law, a Georgia firm practicing primarily in personal injury and wrongful death cases. During and after graduating law school at the University of Wyoming, his first exposure to personal injury law was with the nationally renowned law firm of Spence, Moriarity & Schuster. There Mr. Shugart worked closely with Bob Schuster, as well as Gerry Spence, the founder of the Trial Lawyer's College. Following that, he was commissioned as a JAG officer in the United States Air Force, where he served on active duty for roughly six years. Thereafter, Mr. Shugart worked for several years as an Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, handling complex and voluminous white-collar cases involving fraud, cyber intrusion, trademark and copyright violations, as well as large-scale drug conspiracies and violent crime In addition to his busy civil practice, he continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve. Outside of work, Mr. Shugart enjoys spending quality time with his kids, traveling, fishing, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors.

Robert J. Kasieta
is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pre-trial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Kasieta is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh circuits, and all Wisconsin courts. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Kasieta earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
