Jennifer Blood
has experience defending those in the medical profession in various capacities. She is a successful trial attorney and teaches Trial Advocacy at Washington University. Ms. Blood has personal experience as an entrepreneur. She has experience as a former plaintiff's attorney that allows her to anticipate and cleverly thwart a plaintiff's strategy. Ms. Blood earned her B.A. degree from University of Missouri Columbia and her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Kimberly Jones Penepacker
is a partner with Aulsbrook Law Firm, where she is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Jones Penepacker is admitted to practice in Texas; Fifth Circuit Court of the United States; U.S. District Court Northern, Eastern and Southern districts of Texas; U.S. District Court District of Colorado; U.S. District Court District of New Mexico; and U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas; Texas Trial Lawyers Association; American Association for Justice; Texas Young Lawyers Association; board member of the Arlington Board Association; Dallas Trial Lawyers Association; and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Jones Penepacker earned her B.A. degree form Baylor University and her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Johnathon Brereton-Hubbard
is of counsel at Childress Ahlheim Cary LLC. He has focused on defending individuals and insurance carriers both in private practice and as in-house counsel. During that time, Mr. Brereton-Hubbard has handled nearly 40 jury trials, and has tried cases in Florida, Missouri and Illinois state courts, and in Federal court. He has used this experience to teach several trial advocacy courses across the country, focusing on using technology in the courtroom. Mr. Brereton-Hubbard earned his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.

Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an attorney with Kahana Feld. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Offenhartz earned his B.S. degree in public administration from the University of Arizona, and his master's and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona; Southern District Court, District of Arizona; and Southern Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
