Evan P. Howell, III
is a sole practitioner with his law office in Metairie, Louisiana. For more than 30 years, he has handled a range of bankruptcy matters for Chapter 11 debtors in possession, creditors' committees, debtors for Chapters 7 and 13, secured creditors, banks and financial institutions, unsecured creditors, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Howell has practiced before the U.S. Supreme Court; five federal courts of appeals; and bankruptcy courts in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, South Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Illinois, Colorado, Montana and Washington. He has been qualified as an expert witness for bankruptcy law and procedure in a federal district court. Mr. Howell has served and been appointed as a private mediator and arbitration judge. He has lectured on bankruptcy law for continuing legal education seminars, private clients, and for Tulane University's paralegal program and business school. Mr. Howell balances his bankruptcy law practice with collections, commercial transactions and construction litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana State University and A&M College, and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law.

Tina M. Ziegler
is an advanced certified paralegal at The Law Office of James R. Vaughan, P.C. in Scottsdale, Arizona, which specializes in collection law. She has worked in the area of collection law for 30 years, previously working for Hammerman & Hultgren, P.C. Ms. Ziegler earned her associate degree in legal assisting from Phoenix College, graduating with high distinction. She earned her bachelor's degree in applied sciences from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude. Ms. Ziegler is a local and national speaker on the topics of collection law and civil trial practice. She is a past president of the Maricopa County Bar Association's Paralegal Division and was selected as the paralegal member of the Year by the Division in 2012 and 2014. In 2016, Ms. Ziegler was selected as the MCBA's first non-attorney recipient of the Robert R. Mills Member of the Year Award. She was also one of the first non-attorney members to be elected to the MCBA's Board of Directors.

is the managing attorney of John J. Frank, Co. LPA, located just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He has been in practice since 1998 and focuses on collections, commercial, business, subrogation, and international and receivership practices. Mr. Frank represents a broad range of local and international clients as both plaintiff and defense counsel. He has appeared as a guest lecturer at Cuyahoga Community College and at seminars for continuing professional education. Mr. Frank earned his B.A. degree from the University of Buffalo and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Stephen G. Bresset
is a partner with Bresset & Santora, LLC, where he has practiced commercial and bankruptcy law and litigation throughout Pennsylvania and the region for more than 30 years. During his time in practice, Mr. Bresset has represented debtors in more than 50 Chapter 11 proceedings in Pennsylvania; as well as creditors, creditor committees, and trustees at virtually every level of bankruptcy proceedings, and debtors in more than 1,000 Chapter 7 proceedings. He is admitted to the state courts of Pennsylvania, the three U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania, the three bankruptcy courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bresset has always been an active member of his community and the bar associations of which he is a member. He has served as an office holder in the Wayne County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as a committee chair in both associations. Mr. Bresset has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars throughout Pennsylvania in litigation, commercial law and bankruptcy law topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law.

Melissa Tulis Smith
is an attorney with Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, LLP in the firm's Consumer Collections practice group. She assists a broad range of businesses through the rigorous stages of the collection litigation process, including pre-suit collection efforts, lawsuits, judgments, and executions. These matters often involve a myriad of moving parts, the assemblage of which must be precise and unblemished both in execution and completion. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina, Ms. Tulis Smith earned her J.D. degree from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and her B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. is an attorney with Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, LLP in the firm's Consumer Collections group. Her practice experience includes construction law, creditors' rights and collections, corporate and business law, and business litigation. A graduate of Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, Ms. Rogers worked in North Carolina politics for a short stint before deciding she could have a more significant impact on the community if she became a lawyer. While at Campbell, she wasted no time differentiating herself, serving as Richard A. Lord Moot Court Competition Chair and earning the Allan R. Dameron Legal Internship Award for stellar performance during an internship with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Ms. Rogers is licensed in North Carolina and earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, in political science from North Carolina State University. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division), Wake County Bar Association, Tenth Judicial Bar and Campbell Law Alumni Association.

is an attorney with Levy & Associates. She has devoted her career to the creditor's rights practice area and advocates on behalf of clients in all aspects of collections. Ms. Duplay earned her B.A. degree from Baldwin Wallace University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. She frequently presents on various debt collection issues. Ms. Duplay is currently the secretary of the Ohio Creditor's Attorney Association and has served as a director for the National Creditor's Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Northern District of Ohio and Supreme Court of the United States.

Brian K. Partridge
has worked at The Law Office of James R. Vaughan, P.C. as a creditor's rights attorney since 2010. He earned his B.S. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Phoenix School of Law. Although he is primarily a trial litigator, Mr. Partridge has handled appeals at all levels of review in Arizona and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is currently licensed as an attorney in Arizona and Nevada, while contributing research and experience to the firm's practice in Washington State. Mr. Patridge is currently the secretary of the Creditor's Bar Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Among other activities, he has taught several classes as an adjunct professor, participated in training for Arizona's justices of the peace, proposed changes to the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and the Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure, and testified before committees in the Arizona House or Representatives and the Arizona Senate.
