Arkady Rayz
is a member of Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC, a full-service general practice law firm in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rayz advises clients and handles transactional and litigation matters, regarding corporate governance, business financing, commercial disputes, and real estate transfers. He has broad experience in handling matters in federal and state courts and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations. Mr. Rayz earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.

George J. Spathis
is a partner at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC, in Chicago. A seasoned trial lawyer, he has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in a broad array of commercial disputes throughout the country, concentrating in matters involving contracts, corporate/partnership ownership and governance, trade regulation and unfair competition, supply/distribution chain disputes, and bankruptcy/creditors’ rights. Mr. Spathis also serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies, closely-held entities, and entrepreneurs, working closely with his clients on protecting their business assets, managing their business risks, and solving their business problems. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and earned his law degree from IIT Chicago-Kent-College of Law, where he graduated with high honors and Order of the Coif.

is an attorney of counsel with Nalli, Elias & Associates, P.C. Mr. Joyce served as adjunct faculty at the University of Pittsburgh, teaching legal issues in public service. He is a member of the Beaver County and Pennsylvania bar associations. Jennifer B. Black Strutt
is a partner in the Insurance Recovery, Litigation & Counseling practice group. She counsels a broad range of corporate and individual clients on insurance coverage matters including commercial property and business interruption coverage, errors and omissions ("E&O") liability, directors and officers ("D&O") liability, personal and advertising injury, and commercial general liability. Ms. Strutt also provides advice to clients interested in assessing their potential risks and the adequacy of their existing insurance programs. In addition, she represents corporate clients involved in commercial and contractual disputes. Ms. Strutt has experience with all phases of litigation, up to and including trial, in the federal and state courts of Connecticut. She has assisted in the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars for clients. Ms. Strutt also provides pro bono legal assistance to individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude (Co-Managing Editor, Connecticut Insurance Law Journal) from Wake Forest University and her J.D. degree, cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
