Gary A. Laurie
is the founder of a full-service entertainment and intellectual property law firm. For over 15 years, the firm has been protecting and enforcing its client's intellectual property rights as well as negotiating content deals on both the production and talent side of the table. With a focus on entertainment, intellectual property, and corporate matters, the firm is in a position to offer a full range of services to artists, businesses and individuals. The firm's intellectual property practice provides a complete range of transactional services for domestic and international companies. In addition to registering trademarks and copyrights throughout the United States and abroad, the firm assists clients in exploiting their intellectual property rights as well as counsels clients concerning the validity and valuation of intellectual property. Mr. Laurie is a past chair of the Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also teaches courses in contract, business and entertainment law at Montclair State University, as well as Music Business Law at New Jersey City University. Mr. Laurie is a frequent lecturer on entertainment and intellectual property topics and provides volunteer services for the Pro Bono Partnership. He earned his bachelor's degree from Montclair State University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University.

Matthew B. Wenzlau
is the founder of the WSE Firm, PLLC, located in Nashville, Tennessee and Scottsdale, Arizona. For over 25 years, he has worked in the music, film, entertainment, and privacy/data industries. Mr. Wenzlau's body of work includes securitization, funding and distribution for multi-million-dollar motion pictures; production counsel/producer for feature-length films and television shows; and general counsel for Grammy award winning music artists. His practice also includes specialized trusts, legal and branding matters, and client representation before federal, state and local regulatory agencies, including the USPTO, U.S. Copyright Office, and the SEC. Mr. Wenzlau is a long-time member of the Recording Academy, Gospel Music Association and Country Music Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Baylor University, his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law and his M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University. Mr. Wenzlau is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and Tenesee Bar Association.

Mark H. Wittow
is a partner in the Seattle office of K&L Gates LLP, and former long-time practice group coordinator for the firm's intellectual property/technology transactions and data protection practice group. His work focuses on complex intellectual property, technology and data related transactions, and counseling; including the acquisition, development, marketing, licensing and distribution of mobile applications and computing devices, cloud-based software and other types of computing and data management services, other types of technologies, music, film, and other media content. Mr. Wittow provides advice to clients of all sizes on technology and content development, protection, and licensing in a wide variety of industries; including online education, health care, agriculture, real estate, aerospace and avionics, financial services, fashion and apparel, travel and tourism, and entertainment. He also advises clients on electronic commerce and data protection issues, copyright fair use matters, technology litigation settlements, clean room practices for software development, and patent licensing and dispositions. Mr. Wittow earned his B.A. degree from Hampshire College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

Ronald S. Bienstock
is a Partner and musician with Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC after running his successful boutique entertainment and intellectual property law firm, Bienstock & Michael, LLC, for 30 years. A corporate, entertainment, and intellectual property practitioner, he represents various businesses as well as music instrument manufacturers and songwriters, producers, recording artists, and musicians. As one of the most influential lawyers in the music business, Mr. Bienstock has a lifetime of accomplishments in the entertainment industry. Among his many landmark legal precedents, both international and domestic, was a trademark victory against Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. Representing 17 guitar manufacturers in the trademark opposition proceeding against Fender, he successfully argued that Fender should not be allowed trademark registrations to three key guitar and bass body shapes. It is the leading case on the issue in the U.S. Mr. Bienstock was amongst the first music attorneys to create intraband agreements and bifurcated major label and publishing agreements. Mr. Bienstock is an adjunct professor at NYU and is a CLE instructor for Lawline.com and the N.Y. and N.J. Bar Associations. He has been a guest lecturer for music business programs at Ithaca College, the Alaska Bar Association, USC Thornton School of Music, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Seton Hall Law School, William Paterson University, Rutgers Law School, Berklee College of Music, Chicago Kent College of Law, Sabian / Sen, NAMM and many other schools and organizations. Mr. Bienstock earned his B.A. degree from Hobart College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. He is a member of the International Law Journal, National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences (Voting Member), New York State Bar Association American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Bienstock is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Washington (inactive), District of New Jersey, Northern District of New York, Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.

Anthony C. Gunst, IV
is a principal of the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC and is the head of both the firm's professional responsibility and commercial litigation practices. His attorney ethics defense team handles professional responsibility matters in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Gunst provides both legal representation for attorneys going through random attorney trust account audits, as well as those who may be the subject of ethics investigations, pre-trial hearings, administrative trials or appeals. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Gunst earned his B.A. degree from Seton Hall University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee School of Law.
