Speaker bio
Tieranny L. Cutler
is an attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia. The majority of her career has centered around advising international corporations on the acquisition and management of an international workforce. She has guided multinational companies on hiring international talent, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and audits. Ms. Cutler has also supported litigation matters and counseled clients on government benefits applications, employment agreements, and corporate relationship documents. She has worked in several major cities, including London, Atlanta, and Miami, and offers U.S. and U.K. employment-based immigration knowledge gained through high volume positions with AmLaw firms and Fortune 100 clients. On behalf of institutional clients, Ms. Cutler has managed high volume accounts consisting of PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, EB-2, EB-3, I-485, and I-130, as well as counseled individual clients on I-601 and I-601A waivers, asylum, consular processing, family reunification, and withholding of removal, among other matters. Her vast experience, including employment and education outside of the United States, uniquely positions her to provide holistic legal advice. She has contributed to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) through volunteering with the Global Migration Section's Audiovisual and Consular Liaison committees. Ms. Cutler is also a member of the Customs & International Trade Bar Association, Women in International Trade, and the International Law Section of the American Bar Association. Her pro bono practice includes work with the Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network, where she supports victims of crimes through the U visa process. Ms. Cutler also serves on the National Leadership Council of The Pink Agenda, a partner of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and also studied International Business at the Universitat de Valencia in Valencia, Spain. She later earned her J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law, where she worked with the university's Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic, as well as served as a founding member and officer of the International Law Journal and case manager for the Innocence Project.

Jessica J. Weiss, Esq.
is an attorney with Weiss & Moy, PC. Her practice has an emphasis in business and family immigration work, with a particular focus on nonimmigrant business visas E-1/E-2 and immigrant and employment-based immigration work. Mrs. Weiss represents individuals, and corporations small and large. Additional representations include world-renowned athletes and coaches, and Olympians in the track and field industry, NBA, NFL, and other sports related professionals including coaches, therapists, etc. in categories such as O-1A and P areas. Mrs. Weiss has represented clients in H-1B cases. Religious workers including priests, rabbis and religious studies teachers. She can assist you from when you enter as a tourist to changing status to nonimmigrant and then moving to a green card category and one day citizenship. Mrs. Weiss offers her knowledge and experience with resources of a small firm and hourly as well as fixed fees on cases for client flexibility and comfort. She gives attention to every detail, handles cases personally and develops relationships with the clients for years. Andrew J. Mahon
is an attorney in Barley Snyder's Employment and Immigration practice groups with over a decade of experience. He concentrates his practice on immigration law, helping clients with a myriad of immigration related matters, including representing families and businesses seeking immigration benefits as well as defending individuals placed in removal proceedings. He has represented hundreds of clients before various agencies that are responsible for administering U.S. immigration laws, including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of State. He also litigates immigration cases in federal court, filing petitions for review and submitting oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and preparing mandamus and habeas petitions before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He routinely advises attorneys from other areas of practice on immigration matters affecting their clients, often working with criminal defense counsel to structure guilty pleas to avoid future immigration consequences. Additionally, he has presented on immigration topics at several training courses for lawyers, paralegals and community members. He earned his B.A degree from Fordham University and his J.D degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
