Speaker bio
Phil C. Kuck
is an attorney at Dentons, where he helps employers, employees, immigrant investors, and individuals with their immigration needs, including to obtain visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, and citizenship matters. He retains an active Federal Court practice focusing primarily on immigration issues and has achieved success for his clients as high as the U.S. Court of Appeals. He also represents asylum seekers and others in U.S. Immigration Courts. He represents multinational corporations, technology firms, manufacturers, EB-5 investors and entrepreneurs, as well as families, individual immigrants, and asylum seekers, and is well-versed in paths to obtaining immigration success for each of his clients. Mr. Kuck currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Utah chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Lead Articles Editor on the Editorial Board for The Georgia State University Law Review and participated on and coached the Moot Court team for the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Following graduation, Mr. Kuck was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 2017.

Ana M. Gracia
is an attorney at Jezic & Moyse, LLC. She successfully represented individuals before U.S. Immigration Courts, State Department, Department of Homeland Security, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Maryland State Courts. Ms. Gracia has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and DC Hispanic Bar Association since 2019. She currently serves in the DC Hispanic Bar Association Public Service and Social Events committees. Ms. Gracia has volunteered with the American Civil Liberties Union and participated in the Justice-Free Zones: U.S. Immigration Detention Under the Trump Administration research report. She has also volunteered with Human Rights Watch's Voices for Justice project. Ms. Gracia earned a Master's of Law Degree in Law and Government with a specialization in immigration and policy from American University Washington College of Law. She was awarded the Program on Law and Government Merit scholarship and received the Judge Jerry Hermele Book Award. During her time at American University, Ms. Gracia worked at the Immigration Justice Clinic, as a Dean's Fellow, and assisted in representing individuals before the Arlington Asylum Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and State Department. At the same time, she completed an externship with the American Bar Association's Commission on Immigration. Her externship consisted of working with detainees in ICE custody conducting remote individual orientations and assisting them with their immigration proceedings. Ms. Gracia drafted a pro se Stay of Removal. She earned her J.D. degree from St. Thomas University College of Law and her B.A. degrees in political science and international relations from Florida International University.

Eileen K. DaPra
is a special counsel in the firm's Seattle office of Buchalter. She advises foreign national clients on various immigration issues, including E-2 Treaty Investors. Ms. DaPra assists U.S. employers in recruiting and maintaining foreign talents with employment-based immigration petitions; including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B and O-1. She also guides foreign employees through the process of obtaining their immigrant status based on EB-1 petitions. Ms. DaPra earned her J.D. degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.S. degree in international business from Messiah University.
