Speakers
Speaker bio
Kristopher L. Caudle
is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Elon University School of Law. Previously he was a private practice law attorney in North Carolina, where he advised school boards in the areas of special education, employment law, and appellate litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Western District of North Carolina's U.S. District Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Caudle also previously served as an adjunct professor in conflict resolution and mediation at UNC-Charlotte and guest lecturer in education law for Western Carolina University's Graduate Educational Leadership program. He is the past chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Education Section. Mr. Caudle earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
