Dominic C. LoVerde
is the founder of LoVerde Law, LLC, a Chicago-based, nationally-recognized personal injury firm focusing on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.. He is committed to representing victims in cases involving construction injuries, dangerous products, auto and truck collisions, medical malpractice, corporate and financial fraud, unsafe property conditions, and civil rights violations. Mr. LoVerde has successfully obtained numerous favorable recoveries for personal injury victims throughout the country, and has tried cases in both state and federal courts. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Dayton and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Mr. LoVerde is admitted to practice in Illinois.

Robert S. Glassman
is a partner at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP where he represents plaintiffs in large and complex personal injury cases and is a recognized leader in the Los Angeles legal community. He also represents victims and survivors of sexual abuse; including 'Jane' who filed suit against her abusers in the high-profile case against Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Mr. Glassman currently serves as the co-chair of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Los Angeles Young Lawyers division and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Los Angeles Chapter. He earned his B.A. degree in English from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and his law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he served as president of the student body and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Mr. Glassman is admitted to practice in California.

Andrew Owen
is an attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP. He focuses his practice on litigating and trying catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases involving trucks, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, pedestrians, industrials or construction accidents, and aviation incidents, as well as dangerous conditions of public and private property. Prior to joining Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, Mr. Owen worked as a paralegal, law clerk and attorney at O'Donnell & Associates, a boutique civil litigation and trial firm that specialized in complex, multi-million dollar state and federal lawsuits involving antitrust, entertainment, intellectual property, energy, securities, products liability, toxic tort, real estate, constitutional law, finance, and business disputes. He has been named among the Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation (plaintiffs); recognized as a Southern California Rising Star by the Super Lawyers publication; and is a member of the State Bar of California, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Owen is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Jonathan Davidi
is a trial attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP. He represents individuals in complex personal injury, wrongful death, and product defect cases. Passionate about trial work and representing people in their time of need, Mr. Davidi has obtained over $100 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and named to the 2023 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list. He is co-chair of the UC Hastings College of the Law Los Angeles Alumni chapter, and currently sits on the University's Board of Governors. Mr. Davidi earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from UC Hastings where he was a member of the Honor Society. He was also a member of the mock trial team, where he won the American Association for Justice National Championship. Fluent in Farsi, Mr. Davidi is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada and State Bar of Texas. He is also an active member of both the Consumer Attorneys Association of California (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC).

Matthew M. Shagam
is the senior associate and a founding attorney of Rich Cassidy Law, where he practices employment, personal injury, landlord-tenant, and education law matters, as well as occasionally practicing criminal and family law in state and federal court. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Shagam works with the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation to provide standardized college admissions test assistance to underserved students in Vermont. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, his M.A. degree from the University of Vermont, Burlington and his J.D. degree from Vermont Law School, South Royalton. Mr. Shagam is admitted to the Vermont Bar Association and U.S. District Court District of Vermont.

Dr. Jerome H. Poliacoff
maintains a private practice in Coral Gables and Boca Raton, Florida, where his time is spent providing both clinical and forensic services. Dr. Poliacoff is a child, adolescent and adult psychologist licensed in the state of Florida since 1984. His training included pre- and post-doctoral internships and training at the Children's Psychiatric Centers in Miami, Florida. Dr. Poliacoff has been a staff consultant to the Northwest Dade Community Mental Health Center, where he conducted the pre-doctoral internship training in child assessment; and on the staff of Charter Hospital of Miami, where he served as co-director of an adult inpatient unit. He is a frequent consulting and testifying expert in both family and dependency courts in Florida's Eleventh, Fifteenth, and Seventeenth Judicial circuits; an expert in cases involving discrimination and harassment claims in federal employment law cases; an expert in the assessment and defense of tort claims for emotional damages in cases involving children, adolescents and adults; and he serves as a Level III third party review expert of pediatric patient insurance appeals for National Medical Review of Pennsylvania. Dr. Poliacoff earned his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York, and his master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Miami, Coral Gables.
