With nearly 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation, she now concentrates on contract and construction law on a litigation team with a general practice firm. Ms. Prosceno has a background in law firm start-up organization and in law firm administration. She has also handled all aspects of personal injury cases from the initial client contract, through and including trial preparation and participation. Ms. Prosceno's case management experience includes client and witness interviews, medical research, legal and factual research, as well as coordinating document production for trial. She is a graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College and the University of Delaware.

Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
