Jacklyn Fetbroyt
is a member of Kang Haggerty LLC. She specializes in counseling companies and business owners through all stages of their ventures from conception to dissolution, assisting her business clients in all of their needs for maintenance and growth. Ms. Fetbroyt represents her business clients in negotiating and documenting various transactions;l including real estate or other property acquisitions, leases, master client/customer and vendor/supply agreements, etc. And should the business venture end, she works with her clients to ensure that the dissolution and wind up process is as smooth as possible. Ms. Fetbroyt also handles dispute resolution with the goal of resolving an issue thoroughly and efficientl,y so that her clients can get back to what they do best run a business. When necessary, she will zealously represent her clients in commercial litigation matters, including business owner disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, and other business torts, such as business fraud and wrongful interference with business relationships. Ms. Fetbroyt is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Stewart L. Weisman
is partner at Centolella Law, P.C., concentrating in the areas of healthcare and employment law. He provides advice and guidance on a wide-range of matters, including physician employment and professional services agreements, office and equipment leases and purchase agreements, healthcare and employment regulatory matters under HIPAA, Stark, ADA, FMLA and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Mr. Weisman is also a seasoned litigator with broad experience in federal and state trial, bankruptcy and appellate courts, and administrative agencies. During this time period, he was a Professor of Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Studies at Cazenovia College; a civilian instructor in a police academy responsible for teaching constitutional law and risk management to cadets; and a director on the boards of the Legal Aid Society and Legal Services of Central New York not-for-profit corporations serving indigents within a thirteen-county area. Mr. Weisman is a mediator with the U.S. District Court Federal Mediation Panel and is a member of the Fifth Judicial District ADR Task force. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn College and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

is the managing attorney with Halverson Law Group, a business counsel firm for transaction and litigation matters. He has a niche focus in the cannabis industry, representing many of the largest retail and producers in the state of Washington. Mr. Halverson has been an active leader in groundbreaking cannabis related projects, speaking engagements and industry shaping. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.

Barbara Jean Steadman
is an associate professor of law at the Charleston School of Law. She teaches Contracts I and II, Sales, Business Associations, Drafting Preliminary Agreements, Litigating a Transaction and Practical International Business Transactions. Prior to joining Charleston School of Law, Prof. Steadman worked and lived in Italy for 20 years. She was of counsel at the Italian law firm C-Lex Studio Legale, specialized in cross-border commercial transactions. Prof. Steadman collaborated with many important Italian law firms, banks, energy, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies on all aspects of international commercial contracts throughout her career. She earned her J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law and her Bachelors of Science in political science and sociology from James Madison University. Prior to law school, Prof. Steadman worked as a social worker. She is the author of several books on contract drafting and comparative contract law.

is an attorney with Cordatis LLP, where she practices in bid protest services, government contracts, intellectual property and litigation. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Public Contract Law Section. Ms. Cardenal attended Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado and The George Washington University Law School.

Jonathan P. Bench
is a shareholder with Kirton McConkie in Salt Lake City, Utah. He assists companies, entrepreneurs, and investment funds in international and domestic commercial transactions. He has extensive experience guiding clients to creative and pragmatic solutions in their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and foreign direct investments. His global clientele spans Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Jonathan has worked and consulted in the U.S., Asia, and South America, and he is fluent in Chinese and Cantonese and is working toward Spanish fluency. He is passionate about diving deep into cutting-edge industries and difficult markets to make sense of the chaos in those fast-paced and often murky legal environments. He represents a variety of manufacturers, brokers, and retailers in their global supply chain structuring and restructuring projects, typically involving China or nearshoring away from China to Southeast Asia and Latin America. Jonathan has particular interest and expertise in emerging technologies, such as generative artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain. He represents founders who are developing AI tools for a range of industries and use cases across consulting, marketing, education, customer service, and middleware to automate AI processes. His blockchain experience encompasses layer-2 blockchain developers, international DAO communities, NFT artists and studios, metaverse companies, and celebrity brand influencers. He is a sought-after speaker and writer for national and global organizations on U.S. and international business development. Jonathan has written over 150 blog posts and articles and presented on various business and legal topics over 80 times on four continents. He serves on various boards and dedicates time to mentoring entrepreneurs and students through several nonprofit organizations. His contributions have earned him recognition as a top author on Lexology and accolades from various industry groups as a prominent lawyer. Most recently, Jonathan was named to Utah's Legal Elite 100 and described as "an excellent attorney but also a thought leader in two very different industries: international business and blockchain."
