Marissa Constant
is a solo practitioner based in Polk County, Florida. She specializes in real estate, contract law, consumer disputes, and criminal defense. With nearly a decade of experience, Ms. Constant has built a strong reputation for providing dedicated representation while prioritizing her clients' needs. Before starting her law firm during the pandemic, she served as a public defender for over four years. Ms. Constant earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is active in community initiatives; and is a member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board), Wilson Inn of Court, Polk Association for Women Lawyers (PAWL), and Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (CFAWL).

Martina Nelson
is the owner of Park City Surveying, where she handles boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction layout surveys, subdivision plats, infrastructure construction layout, and ALTA surveys. Ms. Nelson has provided courtroom expert witness testimony. She is on the Ethics Committee of the Utah Council of Land Surveyors. Ms. Nelson attended The Ohio State University and Salt Lake Community College, where she earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in land surveying. In addition, Martina is also now the Summit County, Utah Survey Manager.

Phoenix S. Ayotte
is an attorney at Future Counsel, LLC. She has facilitated real estate settlements since 2020 and was formerly the managing attorney for a national title company. The real estate and title industry were a welcome and delightful change from Ms. Ayotte's former grind in the courtroom and trial work. Not only does she love the nitty-gritty of individual transactions, she is a generous and enthusiastic educator. Therefore, Ms. Ayotte continuously creates courses and informative content for real estate agents, fellow attorneys, students, and lay people, for CE/CLE and non-CE/CLE credit, mentors students and interns; and is an annual participant in judging mock trials and moot courts. She has been recognized as a Washingtonian Magazine Top Lawyer, Super-Lawyers Rising Star and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Ms. Ayotte is admitted to practice in Virginia.

Brian Fischer
is with THD Design Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the survey field performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Mr. Fischer's management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an oil and gas services firm in southeast Texas. He holds professional land surveyors licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas.
