Kevin M. Madden
is the founding member of the Law Offices of Kevin Michael Madden, P.L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, commercial litigation, business litigation, construction law and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of Texas. Mr. Madden was the articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. He was the judicial intern to the Honorable David Hittner, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph James "Tad" Halbach, Jr., 333rd District Court, Harris County, Texas. Mr. Madden is a member of the Houston Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his B.S. degree from the University of Houston and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Mark R. Waterfill
is the owner of Mark R. Waterfill Attorney at Law, P.C. and practices in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. He is widely recognized in the field of employment law and has tried numerous commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Waterfill has lectured and written extensively on a variety of employment law topics. He has been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers; and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Board of Managers; distinguished fellow), Indianapolis Bar Foundation (board president), Indiana State Bar Association (chair, Labor and Employment Council) and American Bar Association. Mr. Waterfill earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Hanover College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

is an attorney in the labor and employment group of the Philadelphia office of Margolis Edelstein. Her practice covers a broad range of employment-related matters, including termination, harassment, retaliation, and discrimination. Ms. Byrne provides clients with comprehensive legal advice and representation, helping them navigate complex employment laws and regulations. Before joining Margolis Edelstein, she practiced in the areas of small business and employment law. Ms. Byrne advises new businesses, drafts and negotiates a wide array of contracts, and plays a significant role in managing mergers and acquisitions. Her experience in advising startups and established companies alike has equipped her with a unique perspective on the challenges businesses face in the employment context, making her an invaluable resource to her clients. Ms. Byrne earned her B.A. degree from The College of New Jersey and her J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
