Stephen T. Kopko
, Esq. is an attorney of the Anzalone & Doyle in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, including injuries resulting from motor-vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall events, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association, and Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. Mr. Kopko is 2008 magna cum laude graduate of King's College with a degree in political science, where he received the John F. Kennedy award for having the highest GPA in political science. He then received his J.D. degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kopko worked as a volunteer public defender in Lackawanna County and then at a local law firm. Prior to working at Anzalone & Doyle, he worked for a local law firm that specialized in representing insurance companies in personal injury matters. Mr. Kopko has represented insurance companies at each stage of litigation, including at trial and at the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In 2023, he decided to change his career path and use his skills and knowledge to benefit victims in personal injury matters. Mr. Kopko's prior experience provides him with unique insight into how the insurance industry operates, which he uses to help his clients. In 2019, he was named to the Top 20 under 40 by the Northeast Business Journal. This honor recognized Mr. Kopko as one of the top professionals in all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He was one of only two attorneys honored that year. In addition to being a litigator, Mr. Kopko has also published articles analyzing civil litigation issues. These articles have appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly and the Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine. He resides in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with wife, Julia and two daughters, Imogene and Ruby. Mr. Kopko is active in his community serving as a co-chairperson of the Our Lady of the Snows Country Bazaar. He is also a lector for Our Lady of the Snows. Mr. Kopko also volunteers his time as a pro-bono solicitor for the Abington Area Joint Recreation Board.

Beth C. Boggs
is managing partner of the law firm of Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs LLC, with offices in St. Louis, Lee's Summit, Belleville, Glen Carbon, Columbia and Marion, Illinois. She practices in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Boggs is a frequent speaker and author on insurance related topics for various professional groups and was previously an adjunct professor at Webster University. She is a member of the Illinois State and American bar associations, The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Lawyers Association of St. Louis, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, Women Lawyers Association, National Association of Insurance Women, Risk and Insurance Management Society the Defense Research Institute, National Association of Minority and Female Owned Law Firms and National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association. Ms. Boggs earned her B.A. degree from Governors State University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University.

Lindsay Andreuzzi
has an extensive background in insurance coverage and bad faith law, and focuses her litigation practice on advising and defending personal, commercial and surplus line insurers in complex insurance coverage matters and allegations of bad faith claims handling. Ms. Andreuzzi has tried and arbitrated numerous coverage and extra-contractual cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She earned her A.B. degree from Princeton University and her J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law, with distinction. Ms. Andreuzzi is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Jersey.

Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an attorney with Kahana Feld. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Offenhartz earned his B.S. degree in public administration from the University of Arizona, and his master's and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona; Southern District Court, District of Arizona; and Southern Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
